According to the CWGC, Katherine must be unique in one respect
She is listed on two memorials, one at Bures and the other at Copdock

Katherine worked for Mr Hempson of Spurling and Hempson,
Auctioneers at Ipswich after leaving school.
These Auctioneers later became Fenn Wright.
Mr Hempson was so upset to hear of Katherine's death, he persuaded
Copdock to insert her name on their memorial.
